Doctoral students of the Project Management program at Alma Mater Europaea have embarked on a new chapter of their research and professional development.

They visited TEAMWILLE GmbH, a renowned German consulting company based in Munich, specializing in organizational transformation, project culture development, and the implementation of agile approaches in modern business practice.

Students are professionally guided through the introductory part of the program by Prof. Dr. Mladen Radujković, head of the doctoral study program in Project Management, and Dr. Reinhard Wagner, a distinguished doctoral candidate and internationally recognized expert in the field of project management. Both share their extensive knowledge, experience, and research perspectives with the students on the current challenges of modern project management.
